At Daisy & Dach, we work hard to ensure your order reaches you and your dachshund as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During busy periods, product launches, sales, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Australian Shipping
We currently ship Australia-wide.

Shipping Costs

From time to time, Daisy & Dach may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable offers will be clearly stated on our website.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your dispatch notification.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate.
Daisy & Dach is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately.
Delayed Deliveries
While we aim to ensure prompt delivery, Daisy & Dach cannot guarantee delivery timeframes and is not responsible for delays caused by:
Postal service disruptions
Weather events
Public holidays
Carrier delays
Customs inspections (if applicable)
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your tracking information indicates your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please:
Check around your property.
Check with household members or neighbours.
Contact the shipping carrier directly.
If you still cannot locate your parcel, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist with an investigation.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
Your order number
Photos of the packaging
Photos of the damaged item(s)
We will review the issue and work with you to find a suitable resolution.
International Shipping
At this time, Daisy & Dach ships within Australia only.
We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
